The practice includes representation of real estate developers in applications for major and minor subdivisions, site plans and variances in New Jersey and Pennsylvania including zoning appeals; preparation and review of real estate purchase and sale agreements; negotiating and drafting commercial leases for both landlords and large tenants; negotiating and drafting asset and stock purchase agreements and documents of conveyance; preparation of condominium documents including master deeds, by-laws and public offering statements; appearances before state and local agencies in connection with real estate development; preparation of loan documents and filing foreclosure actions for banking institutions; preparation of wills; representation in general corporate matters; commercial, real estate and estate litigation including condominium, shareholder and corporate litigation; representation of not for profit corporations in the acquisition and leasing of real estate and before municipal agencies.

The Practice has also included representation of local government entities and agencies including Camden County and municipalities and fire districts located in New Jersey.
